The short version: we count visitors with our own first-party analytics, we run the minimum needed for accounts and the game ledger, we don’t run ad trackers, we don’t sell data, and we don’t have 847 “trusted partners”.
1. Who is responsible
No More Beast operates this website. Data questions: hello@nomorebeast.com.
2. What we collect
- First-party analytics — page views, referrer, browser/device type, country, and engagement events, on our own infrastructure. It exists so we know whether the site works, not who you are.
- Account basics — email, nickname, password (hashed, obviously).
- Game data — your Ƶ balance, bets, wins, purchases and showcase items. This is literally the product: the flex feed can’t announce your fictional Rolex without knowing you bought it. Your nickname, showcase and notable wins are public by design.
- Email, if you write to us — kept to answer it.
3. The cookie chapter, in its entirety
- One first-party analytics identifier so two page views count as one visit. It never follows you to other websites — it doesn’t know other websites exist.
- One session cookie so you stay logged in.
- One consent flag remembering you closed the cookie banner. A cookie about cookies. We’re aware.
That’s the whole inventory. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no data brokers. If we ever add anything, we’ll update this page and re-annoy you with the banner, as the law intends.
4. What we never do
- Sell or rent your data. To anyone. For anything.
- Run third-party ad trackers or profile you across the internet.
- Pretend a 4,000-word policy equals transparency.
5. Legal bases & retention
Analytics runs on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); accounts, the ledger and purchases on contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). We keep data as long as needed for those purposes, then delete it. Close your account and we delete what the law doesn’t force us to keep.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection — email hello@nomorebeast.com and a human handles it. Complaints: your local supervisory authority (in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate, dvi.gov.lv) — though we’d appreciate the chance to fix things first.
